The Green Kiwi were appointed by a Landlord to repair an existing decking in the rear garden. The team removed and replaced all the rotten sub-frame and replaced the top decking boards and protected it with three coats of quality non-slip stain.

The Green Kiwi manages and maintains an estate which includes grass cutting, strimming, pruning of hedges, trees and shrubs and planting. In return for a fixed fee, the property is visited twice monthly with the option to visit more often in the ‘growing season’ (Spring/Summer).
The Green Kiwi’s brief was to remove an existing 1950’s concrete pathway and replace it with a new tegular block path in red and grey which gently sweeps up and around. The pathway was designed and built using red border bricks with five complete grey block laid in a brickwork style.
